TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Nortech performance warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized dealer of Nortech performance products or directly from Nortech performance.
WHO IS COVED
The limited warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser of the product upon presentation of the original invoice.

All defective material or workmanship of the product subjected to the terms and conditions below.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Any defect, malfunction or failure caused by damage while in transit.
Corrosion due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions, neglect or lack of proper cleaning.

Damage to other products or components not covered by this Limited Warranty
Cost incurred due to downtime of the vehicle towing and transportation coasts

THE WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS
Modified or altered in any way, including, without limitation, defacing the products serial number and unauthorized repairs
Not installed and maintained in accordance with the Nortech performance instructions for installation, use and maintenance
Abnormally used or misused
Damaged due to collision, road hazards or other mechanical damage
Damaged due to impact or negligence
WHAT YOU MUST DO FOR THE WARRANTY SERVICE
During the applicable warranty period Nortech will repair or replace, in Nortech sole discretion, any defective component of the product without charge. To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, the purchaser must return the entire product, with a copy of the original sales invoice and description of the problem.
If Nortech performance determines that, in its professional judgment, a defect in material or/and workmanship exists and the other conditions of this Limited Warranty are satisfied, then the product shall be repaired or replaced, in Nortech sole discretion, free of charge, within 45 days following its receipt by Nortech may replace the product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new components when repairing any product or original product subject to this Limited Warranty shall become the property of Nortech performance obligations under this Limited Warranty are limited to the value of the non-conforming component or product, All repaired or replaced products will be warranted for the period equal to the remainder of this original Limited Warranty or 45 day, whichever is longer.
